So I just got back from a weekend in Vegas. Celebrating the last weekend of independence for a friend of mine. In other words it was a bachelor party. I had a great time despite almost being knocked in the head with a line-drive lime, business-savvy strippers, moral-preaching blackjack dealers, and 4am walks on the highways. But hey, as the saying goes: what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. At least I didn't come home with an annoying itch. So now I'm back home, with a lot less money and a lot more memories, what else can I ask for. |

I believe that the many [parallel] universes are simply an overlay of messages from the future. When we become aware of them, we tune to a universe possibility, and thus the other message possibilities are lost forever. The general tree of all possible parallel universes, with all its branches, is simply a reference tree that defines the statistical possibilities. By tuning to a particular future, a particular route and thus a particular parallel universe is chosen. Who is the chooser in this? We can attribute choice to a superintelligence in the future. With regard to the horrific bombings in Madrid, did you notice that the date was the 11th? Also if you add the date 1+1+0+3+2+0+0+4 add up to 11! Another interesting thing is that the was 182 days between the landmark date of sept 11 and march 11th, and if you add these together it makes 11
Looking at the back of a $100 dollar bill notice that the windows on each side of Independence Hall have 11 windows. 11 windows on the left side, 11 windows on the right side. Hence, 1111.

String theory is said to be the theory of everything. It is a way of describing every force and matter regardless of how large or small or weak or strong it is. There are a few eleven's that have been found in string theory.
I find this to be interesting since this theory is supposed to explain the universe! The first eleven that was noticed is that string theory has to have 11 parallel universes (discussed in the beginning of the "11.11" article) and without including these universes, the theory does not work.
The second is that Brian Greene has 11 letters in his name. For those of you who do not know, he is a physicist as well as the author of The Elegant Universe, which is a book explaining string theory. (His book was later made into a mini series that he hosted.) Another interesting find is that Isaac Newton (who's ideas kicked off string theory many years later) has 11 letters in his name as well as John Schwarz. Schwarz was one of the two men who worked out the anomalies in the theory. Plus, 1 person + 1 person = 2 people = equality.
Also, the two one's next to each other is 11. The two men had to find the same number (496) on both sides of the equation in order for the anomalies to be worked out, so the equation had to have equality! There were two matching sides to the equation as well because they ultimately got 496 on both sides. So, the 1 + 1 = 2 = equality applies for the equation as well.

Interesting numerical ties between the Madrid attacks and 9-11

Friday, March 12, 2004 I n comparing the Madrid bombings to the 9-11 terrorist attacks in the United States, there are some interesting numerical ties.
There were 911 days in-between the terror attacks in Madrid and Sept. 11, 2001 - or 9-11 as it has become known - when al-Qaida -backed terrorists slammed planes into the Pentagon, a field in Pennsylvania and the World Trade Center towers in New York, destroying them.
The Madrid bombings - which happened on 3-11 - also came 2-1/2 years to the day after the 9-11 attacks.

Here is something more than the paranormal or numerology - something very fundamental about the scientific and mathematical nature of the universe, involving unary arithmetic.
(a): 11=3, in binary arithmetic. 3 is the cornerstone of the trinity and also Hinduism.
(b): 1 male + 1 female are needed to produce 1 child. Ergo, 1 + 1 = 3, in reproduction
(c): The building block of all existence since the "the Big Bang" is Hydrogen, which through nuclear fusion has produced all the other atoms known to human kind. Hydrogen is another 11, in binary. Another 3: 1 electron; 1 proton and 1 neutron.
(d): The Yin and the Yang are also 11 - two ones of opposite kind, reflecting the duality of the universe in eastern religions and modern computer technology.
(e): Following year 1BC is the year 1AD - another 11, since our modern calendar has no year 0, which is why the 21st century officially began on Jan 1st, 2001.
(f): And finally there is the oddity of the number 10, which historically grew out of counting on our fingers. The oddity is that 10 = 1010 in binary arithmetic - 10:10.
HOWEVER, if you count the fingers on your hands in unary arithmetic - no zeros - then 10 fingers, in unary mathematics, = 11111111111 - EXACTLY 11 ONES
Our research on September 11 in history uncovered many anomalies and perhaps a significant prophetic sign.
The most startling discovery was a book written in 1981, 20 years prior to the 2001 attacks, called "The Birth of Christ Recalculated". The author, Dr. Ernest L. Martin, claims to have calculated the exact date of Jesus Christ's birth based on the celestial charts for that era. The date of Christ's birth, based on the famous Star of Bethlehem, is calculated to be September 11, 3 B.C.. Dr. Martin's findings have been accepted by many scholars, theologians, historians, and astronomers. We also note that Jesus Christ has 11 letters. The crosses found standing in the ruins of the WTC, and the dominance of the number 11 in the 9-11 events, make this combination even more mysterious.
There is another significant religious event occurring about 2000 years later on September 11, 1999. According to Hebrew scriptures September 11, 1999 was the 6,000th anniversary of Adam's creation, and year 1 on the Hebrew calendar.
The majority of computers today use binary coding but what is it?
Think of an on/off switch where 0 = off and 1 = on. These codes are linked together just as letters and then words are put together to make a sentence. In turn this is speeded up within your computer. It has become an electronic language - a form of communication that can cross many barriers such as language itself. Not only that but it can be applied to so many things some of which have yet to be discovered or thought of. Its not a new concept. I think it began with a piece of string and a knot and then a piece of string and several knots, thousands of years ago. Throughout man's history it has evolved nd developed, for example, the Abacus, a more sophisticated and effectively simple 'computer'. Everyone and everything in the world today is based on and affected by this electronic language. In the realms of 11:11 perhaps it can be seen as the communication between two people (and/or their computer) for what is the human brain but a computer in the 'on' position. Through communication we learn to appreciate and respect one another's values, customs and beliefs - that has to be a good thing - and all this from a knot and a piece of string thousands of years ago!
New Scientist magazine (20 July 2002 edition) titled: Getting tough on ageing:
Scientists have found a gene on chromosome number 11, in mice, which may be involved in DNA repair. This ties in with the theory that stem cells (found in bone marrow, for example) are responsible for the ageing process when they become 'useless' and non-resistant to DNA damage. So by making stem cells more hardy, longevity can be increased. That this gene could be involved in DNA repair would be a major discovery, and the fact that it is located on chromosome number 11 and the correlation with the prolongation of life is incredible.
The 11:11 enigma has been here for a while now and has affected the lives of countless thousands of people.Is it really a phenomenon, or is it our internal body clocks playing tricks on us? This, to me, is misplaced, as the choice of date by Bin Laden is probably a cruel joke to reflect the American emergency number.11:11 seems to be the choice before man. Today we took a bus tour throughout the Hong Kong Islands. Our first destination was Victoria Peak. Amazing view of Central Hong Kong Island and Kowloon peninsula. The breathtaking view took your mind away from the bone-chilling breeze. After a few pictures we were quickly on our way. The tour guide only gave us 20 minutes to gaze over the peak.
The next destination was a 25 minute ride to a small fishing town on the other side of Hong Kong Island called Aberdeen. There we took a tour on a small motorized fishing boat called a sampan, or better known to the natives as a "wha-ah", named for the sound the engine makes. Our tour guide told us that the ride was optional and not part of the tour, and if you wanted to take it, then you would need to pay the fisherman at the end of the tour. No one asked what the price for the ride will be, so at the end, the fisherman asked for $50 HK (around $7 US) dollars for each person. A bit pricey, but what can we do, the fisherman wasn't going to dock the boat until everyone paid. Lesson learned!!!
Next stop was a 40 minute tour of a jewelery factor. The name of the factory escapes me at this time. I was very disappointed in this tour stop. After only a 10-15 minute discussion and tour of how jewelery is made at the factory, the rest of the time was spent perusing through their jewelery showcase with their pesky salespeople always pestering you to make a purchase. I couldn't take anymore, I went outside and waited by the bus.
Finally our last stop was Stanley Market. Stanley Market is a huge T-shaped market place with tiny stores side by side. The stores either sold clothing, trinkets, or Oriental arts and crafts. If you ever want to find a good bargain on just about anything, I recommend going here. I picked up a laptop/backpack case that would of cost around $60 US dollars for only $20 US dollars ($140 HK). Not only is it a good place to get a deal, it is also an interesting place to view a real traditional Chinese marketplace and practice your bargaining skills. On the other side of the marketplace was Hong Kong's public beach called Repulse Bay. It was named after a British Ship HMS Repulse that was docked in the bay to ward off potential pirates. I look forward to going back to this marketplace to finish off all my souvenir shopping. I had my eye on this beautiful fish-bone chess set.
Apparently walking through the Stanley Market made us lose track of time, because when we finally looked at our watches, we were 5 minutes late from the time our tour guide told us to meet. So we ran back to the meeting place and found no one from our tour bus there. We missed the bus. I was a little upset because I left my brand new camera bag on the bus. My father calmed me down by telling me that the tour guide people will bring the bag back to our hotel. I guess I had the American mentality, I thought there is no way that anyone would return that bag. Lo and behold, when we finally got back to the hotel, my camera bag was sitting there waiting for me.
The best part of the tour was was the double-decker public transportation bus we were forced to take to get back to our hotel because we missed the tour bus. We weren't exactly sure which bus we needed to take back so we took the one bus that took us to something that sounded some-what similar to the place we needed to go. Apparently we took the perfect bus. The bus' route took us along the coastline of the South China Sea. With an amazing shoreline to the left of us and multi-million dollar houses to our right. We had plenty to gaze at. The view from the top of the bus was nothing short of splendid. After a 45 minute bus ride, we got off the bus at the first stop we recognized. Even though we were within a very long walk to the hotel, we still decided to take a taxi. Sheer exhaustion played a major role in making that decision.
All in all it was very interesting. I learned a lot and took a lot of spectacular footage with my camera. One lesson I learned was that there was no need to take a tour bus to any of those locations. Find out the exact bus that will go there and get on it. It will save you about $750 HK dollars. You might not have an annoying semi-English speaking tour guide telling you where to look and why, but then again, that might be a good thing. I look forward to what tomorrow will bring. |

Finally, after 20 grueling hours on a red-eye to Tokyo, we finally made it. I lost track of time somewhere around the 8th hour of our flight. Stuffed like a can of sardines, I barely had room to read my book. My father, 250 lbs, to my left and my brother, 225 lbs, to my right. We had a short lay-over in the Tokyo airport. I pulled out my wireless card to see if I can get on-line. Just as I suspected, it wasn't free. I don't know what the exact yen to dollar ratio was at the time, but there were sure a lot of numbers following the yen sign associated with the cost of getting on-line. Oh well, not that important. Hopefully my hotel room in Hong Kong will be cheaper. |

16 days and counting til I will be in Hong Kong.
I also decided that I would need some sort of picture capturing apparatus so that I can remember this occasion. The apparatus I decided on is the Canon ZR-70MC digital camcorder. Even though I heard that it doesn't work so well under low-light conditions and the motor noise is loud and annoying. I went to Best Buy, so I can physically see and touch the camera and possibly purchase the camera if it was on sale. Then I realized that I was going to the Electronics capital of the world. I can probably get a better, more advanced camera for half the price. So I decided to hold off on purchasing the camera till I get to Hong Kong. I just hope I don't get disappointed. |

To catch a monkey, drill a hole inside a square box. The hole can't be too big, just big enough for a monkey to get it's hand through. Then place a banana inside the box. The monkey will attempt to grab the banana and not let go, which will trap the monkey to the box.
